There are many methods to analysing mixed costs to variable costs and fixed costs. One of them is the method of instrumental variable. Examining and using this method will enrich the theories and pratices of analysing fixed cost, give the managers more options in separating fixed costs into variable costs and fixed costs to use for the business planning.
