 During language comprehension learning, children do not passively walt for adults to teach them language. In contrast, children actively express their active role in language comprehension learning. Firstly, children actively explore the environment as an essential prerequisite for language comprehension.Then children learn to listen actively to understand language with typical measures as follows: 1 - Attend to the common focus of an interaction
  2 - Listen selectively to adults' language input
  3 - Provide feedback to adults regarding their messages.
