This paper analysis and presents historical processes on establishing the early agricultural economy in Vietnam based on the results of archaeological research in the Vietnam area and it was focused on two main issues that are crop and livestock. In cultivation, the authors delve into understanding the origin of crops, mainly rice varieties and agricultural production tools. Regarding livestock, the author mainly focus on finding out the breeds.
