The research was realized in internal medicine departments in Viet Tiep hospital - Hai Phong from April 2009 to September 2010. Content: 73 patients divided into two groups: merely injured skin and injured viscera. The authors draw some conclusions as follows: Diseases mainly affected in the ages from 20 to 40 years old (61.64 percent) and there are 67 female patients (91.78 percent) and 6 male patients (8.22 percent). Group 1(merely injured skin 23.29 percent) butterfly dermatitis simplex and sunlight sensitivity skin most often (20.5 percent), fever (16.2. percent), alopecia (15.06 percent), weight loss (8.21 percent). Group 2 (Injured viscera 76.71 percent): anemia symtoms having a high ,proportion (60.24 percent), fever (42.46 percent), alopecia (38.35 percent). The majority having mild and overage anemia symtoms (73.97 percent), rare severe anemia symtoms (8.22 percent). Erythrocyte sedimentation increased in two first hours, First hour (60.29 percent) and second hour (65.76 percent).
