 Objectives: Determine the rate of dyslipidemia in the pre-diabetes in Ninh Binh. Method: Studied 948 pre-diabetes from 30 to 69 years (mean age 56.92 + or - 8.13) in Ninh Binh from November 2011 to November 2012. Results: the percentage of dyslipidemia is 91.8 percent in the pre-diabetes
  hight TG rate is 49.5 percent, hight TC: 71.9 percent, hight LDL-C: 84.2 percent, reduced HDL-C: 16.2 percent. Conclusion: Lipid metabolism disorder is very common in pre-diabetes.
