Research on 85 patients having duodenal ulcer infected with Helicobacter pylori (+) shall be divided into 2 groups: Group 1 (n = 42) applied Hpmax scheme and group 2 (n = 43) applied OAC scheme. Result: Clinical effect between 2 groups: Number of patients with time of pain relief less than 7 days in group 1 (33.3 percent), in group 2 (23.3 percent), No significant difference (p0.05). Number of patients with time for eructation, oxyrygmia recovery less than 7 days in group 1 (26.2 percent), in group 2 (13.9 percent). (p0,05) Helicobacter pylori disability ratio was 25/42 (59.5) in group 1, and in group 2 (69.8 percent). Complete cicatrization in group applied Hpmax was 68.2 percent. equivalent to complete cicatrization in group applied OAC (71.1 percent) (p0.05). Side effect: No serious side effect between two groups. No significant difference (p0.05) in side effect between two groups applied Hpmax and OAC for patients having duodenal ulcer infected with Helicobacter pylori (+).
