Evaluation these effects of bupivacaine with levobupivacaine for epidural in labor. Object: 1/ To compare the effects of Bupivacain with Levobupivacain combination with fentanyl for Epidural analgesia in labor. 2/ To monitor the side effects of the complex medicnes. Subjects and methods: there are 60 patients in labor who were in two groups . Group B and L who are used Bupivacain and Levobupivacain with Fentanyl for epidural in Grace 2 in labor. Results: times of waiting to no pain: 7, 46:t2, 03 min, effects to no pain in labour: from 2-3 min in two groups.
