Purposes: To evaluate the result of retrograde ureteroscopy with ultrasonic lithotripsy in the management of ureteral stones. Materials and methods: Rigid 43 patient with ureteroscopic lithotripsy with ultrasonic Wolf 2270 from january 2008 to December 2010 at Departement of Urologic surgery of Dong Thap' s hospital. Results: 43 patient with. lower ureteral stones. Mean size of stones were 0.94cm in length and 0.67cm in width. The stones free rate was 83.72 percent. The rate of accident or complication was 16.28 percent in general. Mean time of operation was 48.25 minute. Mean time of hospital stay was 4.51 days. Conclusion: Ultrasonic lithotripsy with Wolf 2270 is a highly effective endoscopic modality for managing ureteral stones.
