In developed nations, the use psychological diagnostic tool (test/rating scale) is considered the work necessary and useful for the development of value-oriented profession. However, in Vietnam, this work is conducted in a small number of schools with the participation of the cadres psychologist. Article for the purpose of introducing practical and efficient use of the combination of tests and rating scale development oriented values in their work careers in the vocational schools.
