Tóm tắt

Vaccination with purified Vero cell-generated rabies antigen in combination with Montanide ISA 50V2 adjuvant for generating high immunity in horse so as to exploit anti-rabies serum from horse was carried out in this study. The studied result indicated that the animals remained healthy and gained additional body weight after five exploiting cycles with 11 blood sample taking times with a ratio of 1 - 1.2 percent of animal boby weight for anti-rabies antiserum production.
