Results of the science and technology topics/projects has contributed significantly in boosting socio-economic development of Thai Binh province. However, to further improve the performance of science and technology topics/subject, according to the author, it is needed for the participation of the businesses and the close association of the managers, scientists, businessmen and farmers.
