Objective of the study was to evaluate changes in clinical and biochemical features of surgery in patients with anterior pituitary tumor. Results showed that all of patients improved symptoms related to increasing serum hormones. No patients had more severe headache. 11.11 percent of patients had more servere ophthamical symptoms, appeared diabetes insipidus in 22.22 percent patients. Serum hormones reduced in all patients with hypersecretion pituitary tumors, 3 patients with hypopituitary still had low serum hormones post-operation. In conclusion, good result 61.11 percent, hypo - anterior - pituitary 16.67 percent, 11.11 percent diabetes insipidus, hypoputuitary 11.11 percent.
