Ministry of Education and Training has issued standards of knowledge, skills for high school programs. Currently there have been some documentation done preparing and teaching standard. So it is necessary to inspect, evaluate standard to ensure the implementation of objective secondary program. This article presents the process of designing objective test questions to assess learning outcomes of students according to the standard of knowledge, skills.
