Outside-classroom learning type, which suits to the cognitive and psychology features of primary school pupils, causes big impact and effectiveness in education. In the view of learning activity, the author would like to propose the procedure to organize one extracurricular activity including three periods (10 steps) to contribute to improve the teaching quality and to develop the pupil's personality.
