The inspection and maintance work is highly dangerous manual operations, especially cleaning work of high-bulding decordrated glass. This paper introduces a new glass-cleaning robot propotype, which can easily move on verticle glass surfaces with a simple construction and lightweight. The paper shows the glass cleaning robot which uses pneumatic concept to climb based structure of the glass vertical surfaces. During its movement, the robot generates in real-time the path, avoid the environment obstacles. The control and monitoring of the robot is an effective and user friendly operation of the robot. The experiments confirm its advantages in executing the cleaning operations.
