Hai Phong port is a group of national general habours, the international gateway of Vietnam located in Hai Phong city. Hai Phong port consists of many habours of different sizes and offers services for both ships and cargoes. This paper illustrates the sevice qualifications in Hai Phong port through customer's survey and recommends some issues to improve them.
