Descriptive cross-sectional study with 253 female workers at La Hien cement joint stock company was conducted by outhours aiming to describe the status of working environment and female worker's health. The results showed that: workin~ environment was polluted by high concentrations of dust, personal respirable dust (6.94 + or - 1.84 mg/m3), average of total dust (12.50 + or - 3.02 mg/m3) temperature and humidity were acceptable as standards, however, air velocity was low (0,1 m/s). Number of female workers who had got the highest proportion of type III of health (58,5 percent), while the percentage of the type I of health was only 0,8 percent and there was no once have type V of health. The percentage of some diseases such as ENT: 23,7 percent, dermatology: 5,1 percent, eye disease: 23,7 percent, periodontal disease: 40,3 percent, internal medicine disease: 34,0 percent, gynecological disease: 9,1 percent.
