Through the research results from 3487 medical staff and 116 private health care in Lang Son, the authors have noticed that: - Human rescurces of traditional medicine/total number of health workers low rate of 9.5 percent
- Personnel qualified graduate of the traditional medicine group low proportion of qualified staff, specialist doctors of traditional medicine largest percentage is 52.55 percent
- Human resources for traditional medicine distribution is not uniform, most qualified staff, specialized focus at the provincal and district levels
- At the commune level officials working in traditional medicine have to concurrently add a lot of other national target programs
- Percentage of health care with traditional medicine in the health district and commune levels are low 10 percent.
