Basing on the determination of requirements for capacity and quality of methodology lecturers at teacher's training institutions/departments. the author sets up a questionnaire to study the situation of self-evaluation on capacity and quality of methodology lecturers at teacher's training institutions/departments. Relying on this study, the author makes proposals on the improvement of lecturers' capacity and quality.
