 Internal audit is an independent appraisal function of an organisation to review the performance of internal operations for management requirement. The roles of internal audit are independent assessment of functional operations in the organisation
  review the quality and confidence of economic and financial information
  assist the management function through strengthening the internal control system and conduct special assessments required. Therefore, the establishment of internal audit is essential for any company. In order to increase the effectiveness of this system, the solutions given in this study should be considered.
