In reality, the flow of FDI into Nhon Hoi economic zone (EZ) hasn't caught up with the EZ's objectives and requirements over the last few years. How much foreign investment capital has been attracted to Nhon Hoi? Have the projects contributed to the EZ's development? Why has the EZ not been really attractive to the flow of FDI? This paper attempts to assess the status and analyzes the main reasons of the issues. After observing the activities of attracting FDI into Nhon Hoi EZ, the author has found four main reasons hindering foreign investors from investing in Nhon Hoi EZ and drawn out four solutions to the problem.
