The article discusses the weaknesses of English teachers at primary, secondary and high schools in Dien Bien province with limitations in both knowledge and skills. To improve the quality of teaching staff and meet the professional demands in the general education system, recommending training solutions to build capacity for these teachers is currently an urgent and essential duty.
