By cross-sectional study, the author investigated 12 primary schools and secondary schools in Phu Binh district, Thai Nguyen province. The result show that 100 percent of the classroom length and width standards of the department of health, 98.8 percent of classrooms are not standard height. There are 41.7 percent of the latrines in the number of qualified students and 25 percent sub-standard in the number of students. Desks and chairs in the classroom is not consistent with the stature of students, mostly low table height chairs
100 percent distance from final broad to final desk standard of the department of health, but 63.8 percent distance from broad to top sub-standard. In light of the natural system is 46.1 percent sub-standard classrooms. In artificial lighting, 100 percent of classrooms are not standard in the number of standard light bulbs and lamps power, 100 percent of primary schools are not standard hanging lights, 75 percent secondary schools are not standard hanging lights.
