Researchers have implemented study on situation of hematological testing at 250 hospitals at all levels under the Ministry of Health's system (central, provincial, district). The results are as follows: 63 percent of molecular testing and 50 percent of blood coagulation testing are manual, usually met at provincial and district hospitals. 32 percent of hospitals studied do not have diagnostical blood coagulation testing and myelogram
73 percent central hospitals and 90 percent provincial hospitals have not yet implemented testing on genetics, immunity, immunohistochemocal technique, molecular biology
The molecular and blood cogulation testing results are diversified among hospitals. The above results is a part of ministerial scientific research named ''Research on situation of hematological and blood transfusion testing in hospitals of all levels and solution to improve quality". This research has been approved by the Ministry of Health in April 2011.
