Objective: Assessment of the role of FNA and Frozen Section in diagnosis of thyroid cancer. Methods: 60 patients with thyroid cancer who had surgery. Descriptive prospective study. Results: sensitivity of FNA and Frozen Section were 65 percent and 83.33 percent respectively. Conclusion: FNA is asimple method, minimally invasive, high sensitivity. Frozen Section plays a role in determining the method peroperative.
