Study on blood donors' satisfaction is very necessary in order to for maintaining the high quality donor care. Objective: The survey was conducted on donors at mobile blood drives and fixed drives in Thai Nguyen province in 2011 to evaluate the satisfaction level of blood donors. Subject: 500 blood donors in Thai Nguyen province in 2011. Method: cross-sectional survey. Results: 61,9 percent of respondents are satisfied with the donor service, 16,6 percent of people find it acceptable and 21,5 percent of them dissatisfied. Venue and time of blood donation day, equipment service, professional and friendly medical staff, professional, friendly medical staff, and especially acknowledgement, the dedicated care after blood donation are the main factors having influence on the satisfaction of the blood donors.
