The cross-sectional study described to determine the prevalance of soil-transmitted helminthic in school children after 5 year applied massdeworming was conducted in Duc Trong district, Lam Dong province. The total 367 number of school children from 5 primary schools involed to the study. Stool samples were collected from school children and examined by Kato-Katz technique. The prevalence of intestinal helminths was found 27.2 percent. The prevalance of Ascaris lumbricoides, Trichuris trichura and hookworm was found to be 5.7 percent, 1.3 percent, 21.2 percent, respectively. All of them infected with light Level infection (100 percent). There was no case infecthed with taepworm and trematode. There were three cases with mixed worm as roundworm and hookworm (0.8 percent). There was no significant between male and female. Ethic group was attributable to the worm infection rate among the school children.
