Some of new 5-aryl-3-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-1-(4-nitrophenyl)-2-pyrazolines (09 compounds) were synthesized by reaction of alpha, beat-unsaturated ketones (from 2-acetyl-1-hydroxybenzene) with p-nitrophenylhydrazine. The purity and structure of the obtained products were confimed by thin layer chromatography, IR, 1H-NMR and MS spectra. The biological activities of compounds have been investigated.
