Objective: To describe the clinical signs of children with primary enuresis. Methods: The study describes all children diagnosed with primary enuresis of 5-year-old at the Out-Clinic Department of National Hospital of Paediatrics within 6 months (from 08/2012 to January 02/2013). Results: The average age of the primary enuresis 6.71 + or - 1.45 years old. Male/female = 4.8/1.40 percent were primary enuresis (4-6 times per week). The average number of enuresis per week is higher in the group drinking at night (4.8 + or - 1.86 night of enuresis) than infants not drink at night (3.3 + or - 1.23 night of enuresis). The average number of enuresis per week is higher in the group of children with family history of enuresis (4.7 + or - 1.98 nights of enuresis) is higher than infants without a family history (3.4 + or - 0.93 nights of enuresis). Conclusion: The average number of enuresis per week is higher in the group drinking at night and in the group of children with family history of enuresis.
