Facial nerve neuroma is an uncommon benign tumor. Depending on its locations and its extension level to the surrounding structures, there are a variety of clinical manifestations and surgical approaches to apply. And with five cases having tumors at different sites, we will analyze the clinical presentations and propose treatment directions for each.
