Objective. 3 cases multiple meningiomas. Evaluate the clinical manifestations for diagnosis and surgical treatment outcome in multiple meningiomas. Methods: Study 3 patients with multiple meningiomas in Viet Duc hospital from 1/2007 to 1/200. Results: patients had long time development of the clinical manifestations. Diagnosis based on the imagering examination. By MRI, the location, volume and number' tumors can be identified. Patients are underwent four times operations with good results and no complications. Conclusions: Diagnosis of multiple meningiomas based on the imagering examination. Surgical indications done in case of large tumors, developing of clinical manifestations.
