Nowaday, the information technology are developing very strong. A lot of simulation program have been applied for determind working process of machinery and equipments. On basing in to applying of simulation, the study use the Simulink of Matlab for contructing the roll of the ship under taken of win and sea waves. This program will helpful the caiptain, ship manager and naval architech to determind stability of the ship under taken of win and waves. Using this program will reduce time and cost to actual practice for determind ship stability in the basin test.
