The Hedonic model shows the factors that affect the price of real estate. The factors that determine the price of real estate in Ho Chi Minh city in this article are used from the 160 investigations. The most important factors affecting the price of the property which are the location of the real estate, land area, distance from the property to the city center and the distance from the property to the frontroad.
