Cancer of the ampulla of vater is an uncommon tumor. The patients often go to see their doctors from jaundice, and its complications as: dyspepsia, lose weight, infection. Untrasound and CT scan can hepl for diagnosis but only gastroduodenal endoscopy include biopsy determines diagnosis. Pylorus-Preserving Pancreaticoduodenectomy plus adequate postoperative chemotherapy is the effective treatment for patients with Cancer of the ampulla of Vater.
