Traditional forms of self-management of the Ca Tu society is part of the ethnic people's culture and society, including various domains, such as family relationships, self-managing apparatus of the village. The organization is based on the customs and folk knowledge to survive and develop. Each level of self-managing organization, from families to villages, has certain roles in administering and managing members of the community. While the families manage the family members in the form of blood line, villages manage the community in the form of self-government, self-management between those who have both blood ties and neighbor relations In this article the author focuses on analyzing the role of the traditional forms of self-management of the Ca Tu people, and suggests solutions of combining traditional forms of self-management with the basic level administrative framework to ensure stable growth in the areas of Ca Tu ethnic minority today.
