During the process of training pedagogical students, teaching practical schools play an important part in the formation and development of capabilities. skills and qualities of profession for students. Currently, the authors realise that the combination between teaching practical schools and colleges of education still has many limitations. Therefore, the making of appropriate mechanism to increase the participation of teachers at teacher training schools is a right direction to solve these shortcomings to distribute the improvement in the teacher training qualities for pedagogical students.
