Objective: To produce a large number of pure and active recombinant antibodies specific to CD20 which will be used for further studies such as diagnosis and treatment of blood cancer based on CD20 maker. Methods: The gene coding for anti-CD20 antibody was expressed in E.coli (BL21). Expressed recombinant protein was purified by affinity chromatography using Ni-NTA column (Invitrogen) following the manufacturer's instruction and checked by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (Laemmli 1970) [3]. The activation of recombinant ScFv antibody was determined by Dot blot and Western blot. Results: Recombinant anti-CD20 antibody was successfully expressed and purified by affinity chromatography. Determine the active alignment of the recombinant protein (CD20 antibody) with antibody conjugate 6 His tag standard.
