This paper presents the mathematical method to determine the optimal technology parameters for satisfaction of the surface roughness function on milling CNC. The artificial neural network and the generate algorithm (artificial calculation) is used to determine the technology parameters. The artificial neural network method is used to determine the accurate empirical relationship between inputtechnology parameters and output-surface roughness. The improved generate algorithm for empirical relationship is used to determine the optimal empirical parameters. Thus, it can be able to determine the technology parameters for the optimum mechanical manufacturing.
