Building and implementing climate change education syllabus is an urgent requirement for all colleges of education in Vietnam. This is the occasion for students developing climate change education abilities base on ESD (education for sustainable development). Also, that permits graduated students having enough abilities for orgnizing cliamte change education base on requirements of Ministry of Education and training by 2015. According to curricula syllabus and climate change education books of many universities in the world and the training facts in Vietnam. The authors thought that it is necessary to build the new climate change education syllabus for all universities and college of education. This syllabus is not only flexible but also updating and modernity (focus on students, technology in teaching and ESD). The most important thing is that the syllabus is basic foundation for changing of education methods and approaches base on national objectives in the globalization.
