 The paper interpretes the necessity of principles for compiling classifications of S&T statistics for Vietnam and sets forth principles
  describes in detail and indicates the difference of three Vietnam classifications of S&T statistics (Classification of S&T research fields, Classification of socio-economic targets of S&T activities and Classification of S&T activity types) from those of other countries.
