Radiation is one of the common therapeutic modalities for breast cancer treatment. An optimized treatment plan is developed that respects the target dose requirements as well as the dose constraints of the su"ounding dose-limiting structures. 3D radiotherapy creats plans well but still limited in many cases, especially pulmonary fibrosis. Application of IMRT with CT and specially with PET/CT in breast cancer improves efficiency and minimizes complication. Patients and Method: prospective study with radiation therapy indication for breast cancer patients. Results: Building process of IMRT planning with CT and specially with PET/CT in the treatment of breast cancer was built. In clinical practice, the primary result is good and safe. Conclusion: Application of IMRT for breast cancer treatment improves significantly in radiation planning.
