This article tends to focus on the process of establishing the school culture in Vietnam education state. School culture has been researched and discussed for a period, some reasons, the fact and solutions have been proposed that leads to satisfactory results. Because of its important role, this issue continues to get much attention. The lack of belief andmoral values may have been the origin of these days' complex reality of school culture. On this base, some ideas are offered to work as motivations to the purpose of establishing a fit school culture from the views of both teacher and student.
