Developed economics promotes the agricultural labours to transfer their career of industrialization and modernization. Narrow land and crowded population increase pressure over career transfer of the agricultural labours. The research uses the analysis criteria of labours and careers based on systematic approach, participatory approach, and inter-regional approach to analyze, clear trends and factor of productions to the career transfer trend of the agricultural labours in the Red river delta based on pilot research in three districts of three provinces. The number of the agricultural labours has reduced gradually because some transfer within the agricultural sector
the minority of agricultural labours transfers to handicraft production
the majority transfer to industrial sector, services, plurality of offices, etc. Six trends of career transfer of the agrtcultural labours are formed which are trends of economic fields, economic area and region
economic components
career form
work natures and emigration. The study suggests three groups of primary solutions for career transfer of the agricultural labours in the future, of which the solution of economic structure transfer is basis, supporting solution promotes effective and stable career transfer
and solution to raise quality of labours is essential.
