Objective: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the possibility of laparoscopic surgery in management of choledochal cyst (CC) with coexisting anomalies and anatomic variants of the biliary tree in children. Method: Perspective study in all patients with CC with co-existing biliary anomalies and anatomic variants. Laparoscopic choledochal cystectomy combined with ductoplasty and Rouxen-Y biliojejusnostomy at Children hospital No.1 from Sept 2009 to Dec 2011.
