The Mathematics fostering good student is one of the important tasks of every school to discover and nurture talented students in math, which detects and trains talent for country. The ViOlympic is a mathematical exam which is organized by the Ministry of Education and Training in order to create an intellectual online playground for gifted students in schools. This paper presents the basic characteristics of gifted students in Mathematics and the introduction of all types ViOlympic Math grade 4th. On that basis, the authors proposed a number of measures to foster gifted students in Primary Mathematics.
