In recent years, thanks for interest of the District Party Committee (DPC), District People's Committee and the effort of communes in the district, up to now, the building new rural program in Phu Binh district has achieved the important results, contributing positively to economic development - social in the district. The growth rate of agricultural sector achieved an average reach to 4.61 percent. However, according to the statement of 4 years about building new rural program in Phu Binh district showed that the income of people in communes, where performing building new rural, were significantly increased while others weren't. To improve the income of the people in the building new rural in Phu Binh district need to implement all solutions such as: restructuring crops' component, promoting livestock, finding output market for agricultural products, increasing in farmers' loans, increasing in the use of science and technology, promoting activities for reducing poverty, investing in building infrastructure and providing vocational training for employees.
