The paper assesses the contribution of university incubators on the internationalization process of tenants through university-related factors: management training, faculty consultants, laboratories, libraries, and technology license. The analysis is based on the data collected from university incubators across Europe. The results of the analysis suggest that among these factors, faculty consultants and laboratories seems to have positive effects on tenants' internationalization process. Among tenants of university incubators, graduated tenant tend to use laboratories more efficient than current tenants.
