NAC3 transcription factors (NAC3TF) is a member of the NAC transcription factors family. Many researchers have isolated the gene encoding transcription factors NAC3 from different crops such as rice, peanuts, soybeans. Transcription factors NAC3 have been studied and shown to be related to the response to the shortage of water from the environment through path dependent ABA. Gen NAC3 has been isolated by RT-PCR method, a length of 1009bp from Arachishypogaea cultivar L14. Sequencing analysis showed that the deduced protein of NAC3 including the conservative NAC domains (the NAC domain can be divided into 5 subdomains from A to E) have the characteristic feature of the NAC transcription factors. With the results obtained, the authors will have the next study in the design of gene transfer vector encoding transcription factors NAC3 to move into a less drought-resistant varieties in the hope of enhancing the resilience of this breed, the aim of creating peanut varieties with good drought tolerance service for the breeding.
