Tóm tắt

 Through the study on 176 patients operated combination of bodies of bones of extremities at Hospital of University of Medicine - Thai Nguyen University, it showed that major cause is traffic accidents and accounts for 55.7 percent. It occurs at ages of 31-60 and accounts for 95.5 percent. Lines of fractures are primarily in the group A under AO classification includes 106 patients accounting for 60.2 percent. Results of treatment of combined bones: good and very good treatment accounted for 97.2 percent
  average and dissatisfied treatment level account for 2.8 percent due to lack of postoperative clinical guidelines and treatment at home, there is 5 re-operated patients and 1 patient with unsatisfied rehabilitation. It is a proposal that is should take measures suitably to educate and guide the postoperative patients and treat at homes.
