In the previous topic the authors have found suitable environmental studies of medicinal plants propagated by Achyranthes Bidentata Blume in vitro culture techniques. But here's the initial results because many studies show that, when conducting in vitro culture for a long time often reduces the growth and development of plants, and even create some mutant gene by the use of growth stimulants. Stemming from the above reasons the authors conducted a research Evaluation of Achyranthes Bidentata Blume genomes in vitro by RAPD technique. By the methods of molecular biology such as DNA extraction total, DNA electrophoresis on agarose gel, PCR - RAPD and RAPD analysis of data the authors have obtained the following results: total DNA extracted 5 samples from each tree Taurus relatively clean, small faults and can be used in RAPD reactions. Results of RAPD reaction with random primers 5: analysis within the 36 cloned DNA fragments and no polymorphic segments, number of segments of the prey clones ranged from 6 to 9 segments. Thus, there appear differences in DNA between plants with seeds and plants cultured in vitro. The in vitro plants grew and developed well when they were in the arboretum.
